There is more to our coastal waters than classic British ‘fish and chips’! We have a wealth of different fish caught up and down our coastline every day. We’ll teach you about which fish are in season off our shores, the techniques in preparing them and how best to cook them without losing that delicate flavour.
Typical recipes include:
- Pan Fried Lemon Sole with Salsa Verdi
- Sea Bass en Paupiette
- Tuscan Salmon
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
Information & Support
All ingredients, equipment and an apron will be supplied for use on the day.
Courses of a full day or more include a light lunch.
