Imagine the smell of freshly baked bread wafting through your home…knowing that you developed the fresh yeast, handmade the dough and shaped the beautiful creation cooking in the oven. Once you’ve mastered the art you’ll never go back to shop bought bread again. Who would when you’ve taken the art from the artisan and are able to make traditional and modern breads from all over Europe.Typical recipes:
Olive and Tomato Breads
Focaccia Con Sale
Irish Soda Bread
Granary and Wholemeal Breads
Course content:
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.Additional information:
All ingredients, equipment and an apron will be supplied for use on the day.Courses of a full day or more include a light lunch.
