Course description:Let’s Bake!
Have you been inspired by the Great British Bake off programmes? Then this is the course for you.
Join us for the day at the New Forest cookery school in the Heart of the New Forest, whether you are an interested amateur or keen on home baking and let us prepare and bake a range of goodies such as white chocolate and walnut cookies, almond Tuilles. Using puff pastry, sweet pastry & cake.
Afternoon tea and your cakes will never be the same again. Join our Pastry Chef Allan Collier to enjoy the demonstrations, and you making a range of Patisserie and cakes to savour with friends or family.
Course content:Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
Teaching methods:Demonstration, observation and participation.
Additional information:All ingredients, equipment and an apron will be supplied for use on the day.
Courses of a full day or more include a light lunch.
