Course description:Come to the New Forest Cookery School and make some fabulous chocolate treats just in time for Easter. Why go out and buy them when you can craft them with your own fair hands. If you can surreptitiously get them past the door you’ll be able to give someone these fabulous chocolates – if you haven’t eaten them all before you get home!

Course content:Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
Teaching methods:Demonstration, observation and participation.
Additional information:All ingredients, equipment and an apron will be supplied for use on the day.
Courses of a full day or more include a light lunch.
