Terms and Conditions 

  • The College reserves the right to amend information contained on the website and the brochure, including course details, fees or timing. For full details of your course, please request a Course Information Sheet to be sure that the course meets your needs.
  • Classes may be combined, shortened or closed, subject to enrolment numbers, in consultation with students/tutors.
  • Course fees are based on a minimum, viable class size, although it may be possible for classes to continue on lower numbers, subject to an additional pro rata fee per learner.
  • An admin fee may be levied where more than one change of course is requested by a learner.

 

Course Closures

Tuition fee refunds will normally only be allowed where a course is cancelled by the College. In such cases, the College will try to offer alternative provision but, where this is not possible, tuition fees will be refunded as follows:

  • Course closure within the first two weeks – full refund
  • Course closure after two weeks – pro rata refund


Refunds

Where a student has to leave a course for medical reasons, consideration will be given to refunding the cost of course weeks not attended – see our full refund policy (available from your local centre) for further details. Exam fees cannot be refunded. Contact your local centre for more information. Full time students requiring refunds should contact the Adult Learning Centre at the Brockenhurst site for details of our full time student refund policy.
