If you are applying for any of the following:

  • Full time A level, vocational (or equivalent courses)
  • Adult Access Course (full or part time) or BTEC National Diploma

How to apply for Sixth Form courses


You can start your application at any time by creating an account online. Please take care to enter your email address correctly as we will be using this to contact you. You can save your application and return to it at any time to amend or add information or courses before submitting it.

Before submitting your application:

  • Don't forget to tell us about the subjects you are currently studying (or have already completed) including predicted or gained exam grades.
  • Insert a copy of your Personal Statement into the application, we do require this.

Once you submit your application we wll contact you (and your parent/guardian if you are under 18) to arrange an interview where we will discuss your course options before offering you a place.

How to apply for Adult Learning & Skills courses

Applications can be made for full time Adult Learning Courses using our online application system.

To enrol on one of our Leisure Courses, NVQ Programmes or Short Courses, please contact your local centre (see below).

Adult Learning courses (including Higher Education courses) are accepted at any point during the year, however spaces can be limited!

It's generally a good idea to visit any Open Days or Information and Enrolment Sessions, this will ensure that you've received appropriate information, advice and guidance before starting your course.

Applications for 14 – 16 Foundation Learning programmes are accepted through school recommendation.
