About Business Services

Business Services provides high quality tailored training to meet business and employee needs, delivered at a time and place to suit your operational requirements.  As well as our bespoke training options, we also run a diverse range of competitively priced programmes at the Brockenhurst Business Centre situated a short walk from the main campus.  
 
Many businesses do not have the resource of an in-house Training Manager so we provide all employers with a named contact to personally oversee your training. Our first class information and advice service will outline your training options and include a comprehensive Organisational Needs Analysis (conducted on site) to ensure that your particular training needs are met. Our tutors have extensive experience in their field and Business Services has an excellent track record with over 4,000 employees undergoing training in the past 12 months. We also hold contracts to deliver free training through Apprenticeships. 

We can cater for all your business training needs including:

• Apprenticeship routes for adults or young people who would prefer to train in the workplace.
• Short courses from Health and Safety and IT to Leadership and Management. Skills South East currently offers up to £1,000 for SMEs with between 5 and 250 staff to help develop Leadership and Management Skills.
• Nationally recognised qualification courses, including NVQs – delivered wholly or partly in the workplace and often funded or part funded.
• Distance learning programmes.

• With funding from the Skills Funding Agency our offer is more competitive than many other training providers. Where there are fees for our training they are also very competitive.
• We will arrange training and where relevant assessment at times that are convenient to you. Course lengths are also flexible in response to your needs.
• Most of our training is delivered by tutors/assessors visiting the workplace and does not involve regular attendance at College thus minimising the effect on your business.
• Our tutors/assessors all have extensive, relevant and up-to-date industry experience.

We currently provide training for over 300 employers in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire ranging from large organisations to small businesses.
