Quickstart Social Care Training is based on the set of national minimum standards for care. These standards cover areas such as the principles of care, understanding the role of being a care worker, hygiene, health and safety, recognising and responding to abuse/neglect and developing as a care worker.
Jobs might be thin on the ground but there is one area of the market that is in need of employees- social care.
