quickstart are now offering companies across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire the opportunity to take on a quickstart graduate as an Apprentice.

Apprentices are a cost effective way to recruit and train in skills that your business requires, and, if you are a small to medium size company, you may also be entitled to a grant of up to £2,500.

Most Apprenticeship programmes can be carried out in your workplace for maximum ease with the Apprentice underpinning the practical work at home with the support of our team.

Southampton City Council are currently offering apprenticeships in: Plumbing, Gas Engineering, Electricians, Maintenance Operating, Painting/Decorating & Carpentry.

Details:
If you are ready to start your career but don’t want to miss out on the chance to gain useful qualifications, Southampton City Council could have the perfect opening for you. You will be joining a team of specialists who are working together to build a bright future for Southampton. We undertake a day to day repair service, capital repairs and a number of major projects on the Council’s 17,000 homes. We also carry out work on schools and other public buildings.

When you reach the end of your apprenticeship you will have a recognised qualification and experience in the trade of your choice. These transferable skills will enable you to continue your career in the industry.

Customer Eligibilty:
We are now looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our apprentice scheme. If you are aged 16-24 years with Grade C’s or above in Maths and English and are interested in a trade career, this could be perfect for you.
