Quickstart courses in the Security Sector
quickstart’s Security Training is delivered in partnership with Team Security whose trainers all have a minimum of ten years experience within the industry. By taking part in a quickstart Security Training programme you will get realistic, scenario based tuition to give you first-hand experience and an advantage in the employment market.
Learning materials, examination materials and refreshments are provided.
We provide the following courses;
Door Supervisors Course
This course is delivered over 4 days and will cover the skills needed when working as a Door Supervisor within the security industry. The course content includes conflict management skills and physical intervention. Physical intervention skills are now a licensing requirement for new Door Supervisors and a requirement for all registered Door Supervisors.
Security Officers Course
This course is delivered over 3 days and will cover the skills needed when working as a Security Officer. The course content includes conflict management strategies that are relevant to security roles including premises surveillance.
