Pre Employment Training

Get a head start against the competition. Pre employment training will prepare you for working in a retail environment and give you the skills and knowledge you need. We let the businesses we work with know that you have received pre employment training so you are more likely to be selected for an interview.

 Staff Training

There are many different avenues you can take to ensure you continually develop and progress within your work place. One  option is to complete a work based qualification through the Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship route. To be able to complete these qualifications you need to be in work within the area you wish to study. The courses are completed in the majority at the workplace, as well as attending training days to support your learning.

If you would like to complete an apprenticeship programme, but do not have a work placement you can register with us and we will work with local employers to find you a placement that will support you through your qualification.
