Brockenhurst offers 55 AS/A2 Levels, 50 Vocational courses, the International Baccalaureate, and 60 Enrichment options all open to International students. A level Pathway

A levels consist of four modules. In the first year you will take two modules at AS Level.  In the second year (known as A2) you will take a further two modules for an A2 Level.  The AS/A2 Levels currently on offer for September 2012 are:

Fast Track A levels

 
You will study up to three subjects to A2 level in one year. This would build on your current qualifications to assist with progression onto top ranked universities. This course includes additional English language support and one to one academic support to maximise your success.

International Baccalaureate Pathway

Brockenhurst is an International Baccalaureate Organisation World School and one of a small number of colleges in the UK that offers this highly respected and recognised qualification as an alternative to AS/A2 Levels. You will take 6 subjects during the 2 year course, giving you an unusual breadth of study.

Advanced Vocational Pathway

Vocational courses will really suit you if your coursework grades are always better than your exam marks as assessment is usually through assignment work rather than exams. Some courses can be combined with an A level. Advanced Vocational students can progress either to university or to employment.

International Foundation Programme

Our International Foundation Year programme offers a course of study to prepare you for entry to a UK university. We will help you to develop your study skills in preparation for your academic career in the UK, and we will provide you with specialist courses to suit progression to the degree of your choice at university.

Our International Foundation programme is recognised as a suitable entry qualification at a number of prestigious and reputable universities, and we will guide you through the application process.

BTEC Higher National Diploma in International Hospitality Management

In partnership with leading industry experts and organisations, the two year Higher National Diploma (HND) programme in International Hospitality Management combines academic study with practical on-the-job, paid management experience. The student makes their choice of industrial placement from a wide selection of internationally recognised Hotel companies and some of the UK’s finest privately owned hotels. Working in partnership with some of the leading industry experts in the world, this unique balance of learning and working provides a strong foundation for a career in hospitality management.
