Getting here

Parking Permits: For students who plan to travel by car, application forms for a Parking Permit can be found in Student Services. An annual parking permit costs £15 and the charge reduces to £10 from 1st January 2012. Students must certify that they are in possession of valid insurance and MOT documents and must agree to the Terms and Conditions on the application form to be issued with a permit. Cars parked without a valid permit are likely to be clamped.
All student car drivers should enter/leave the site via the North Road entrance and not the main college entrance.
Queries: Please direct any queries about travel arrangements or payments to the Student Information Team on 01590 625555 ext 468 or 376 or 533 or e mail studentservice1@brock.ac.uk
General Information About Travel To The College
The College is committed to enabling all students who want to study at Brockenhurst to travel here easily. Both rail and bus transport are subsidised by the College.
Frequent mainline trains and an extensive College bus network enable students to come to College from a wide area including Lymington, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Totton, Southampton, Romsey, Salisbury, the Isle of Wight and numerous other towns and villages.
Travel application information will be sent to all students who are offered a place at the College. Orders should be completed on line or via the Student Information team and returned to us by 1st August 2011 to ensure that travel passes are ready for collection at the start of term in September. The 2011/12 Student Travel Guide is available fo download from this area. The College Bus Timetable for 2011-12 will be available from the end of August 2011; pick up points/timings may vary slightly from this year's timetable.
Applicants who are seeking financial assistance from their Local Authority or the College Student Support Fund, should note that we will not issue a travel pass until the application has been received and agreed, so you are strongly advised to submit your application as soon as you receive the form and not wait until exam results are received.
Further travel information is available from the Student Travel Co-ordinator on (01590) 625533.
