College Charter
The College Charter is a transparent agreement between Brockenhurst College and its learners. Our Charter aims to clearly communicate what you can expect from us and what we expect from you as learners at Brock. It also sets out how you can tell us your views about your experience at Brockenhurst College.
The College will:
- Provide high quality teaching
- Monitor your progress
- Give you regular feedback about how you are getting on
- Provide you with support, advice and guidance
- Offer facilities and services to support your learning
As a student, you will:
- Work to the best of your ability
- Attend all classes and be punctual
- Complete work by the deadlines set
- Seek help when you need it
- Show respect and consideration for all College users
Feedback
We welcome feedback from customers and learners, whether we have been successful in meeting your needs, or if our services have not met your expectations. All Centres hold Feedback Cards for this purpose.
Please make our staff aware of any problems you may have experienced and we will do our best to resolve these informally in the first instance. If this is not resolved to your satisfaction, please follow the process outlined to the right.
