Web Services

Prerequisites:

• Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional / Server, Windows Server 2003
• Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 (can be found in the "Extras" folder)
• Internet Information Server 5.0 or above
• Microsoft Sql Server 2000 or Microsoft Sql Desktop Engine

Installation Steps:

1. Copy all of the files from the folder ServicesBin to a virtual directory on your web server.
   Run the SQL script provided in the folder Installation Components to create the Sql Server 2000 database.
2. Create an Sql Server login account and assign it to the SweetDb database as Database Owner
3. Modify the connection string in the Web.Config file with the Sql Server login details

Java Client

Prerequisites:

• Sun Java Runtime Environment

Installation steps:

• None required. The executable JAR file is located in the folder Java Clientsweetnetjar and runs as a standalone application.
