ULN XML CSV Parser

The ULN (Unique Learner Number) XML CSV Parser is a record validation tool designed to help find the exact location of problems in XML documents and CSV files rejected by the MIAP validator. The application was built for use internally and is being shared "as is".

Usage

1. Generate your ULN XML document or CSV file
2. Start the tool and click "Go For It"
3. Select the XML document or CSV file
4. The tool will validate each student record in turn. It will stop if it finds an error in the document. Note: It will only report the first error found in the document/file
5. Fix the document/file (if needed) and repeat from stage 2

Requirements

The standalone executable requires:

• A computer running Windows (XP / Vista)
  
• Microsoft.NET 2.0 Runtime
  

Source code has been written in C# and the project provided was created in Visual Studio 2008.

The application and source code is provided under the GNU GPL.
