2D Needle Felting Workshop

Course Details

You will learn how to ‘paint with wool’ and create a 2D masterpiece using an image of a famous painting. Importantly, you will learn how to use specialist barbed needles, blend wool and add 3D elements.

Information & Support

The kit you will need for this workshop costs £8, which can be paid to your Tutor on the day. It will contain everything you need to make two items, enabling you to create another at home.

Please bring:

  • One small pair of sharp scissors.
  • One sewing needle.

Extra needles can be purchased for £1 each and additional kits can be purchased on the day.

You may wish to bring a packed lunch because lunch is not provided. Alternatively, you can buy food from nearby shops.

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Students need to be 19 years old or over.
