A Less Crazy Christmas – Workshop

A Less Crazy Christmas – Workshop

Course Details

Christmas is a stressful time for many even though the adverts, social media, TV programmes try to convince us otherwise.  Practising mindfulness is about being present and this can be greatest gift you can give to yourself at this busy time.

Learning to slow down and be kinder towards yourself will help you to cope with all the extra demands at this time of year.

Don't wear yourself out – don't beat yourself up. Be kind to yourself – take it slowly – ease your foot off the accelerator.

Let the snow storm of thoughts about shopping, logistical arrangements, gift ideas and making to do lists settle and allow yourself to find some time to be peaceful.
