Course Details

Have you ever wondered how hotels and restaurants make and present afternoon tea so expertly?

Well, let our pastry chef, who was Head Pastry Chef at the Ritz Hotel in London, show you how.

You can learn how to make perfect pastries, tarts, crumbly cookies, chocolate ganache cakes and raspberry macarons.

After you have created your tasty treats, we will help you present them perfectly, ready for you to enjoy with family and friends. 

Information & Support

All ingredients, aprons and equipment will be provided. Also, there is no washing-up involved because we will do that for you.

The whole course costs £95.

    Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.

    Can I start the course part way through?

    For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    What do you define as 'intermediate'?

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.
