Ballet Barre

Course Details

Ballet barre exercises involve dynamic and static movements, core strengthening and stretching. They improve cardiovascular stamina and tone each muscle group. This 30-minute class is open to beginners as well as those with previous experience.

What to wear?
Comfortable dancewear (Leggings, T-shirt, leotard etc.)
Shoes (Flat ballet shoes or thick socks)
