Basics of Email using your own Laptop or Tablet

Course Details

This is a short course for learners who wish to use email on their own laptop or tablet.

By the end of the course, you will understand:

  • How to set up own email account.
  • How to create and send messages.
  • How to reply and forward messages.
  • How to delete messages.
  • How to attach files.
  • How to send multiple files.
  • How to save attachments.
  • How to set up folders to manage message storage.

Information & Support

Please bring along writing materials, notebook/A4 file and your laptop.

The teaching is tutor led in well-equipped rooms with explanations, demonstrations, lectures, question and answer and discussions.

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
