Course Details

Learn how to make beautiful breads by hand with fresh yeast and no additives.

You'll learn how to make rustic wholemeal bread with honey, raisins and walnuts , soda bread, white bread, foccacia con sale with rosemary and Chelsea buns. 

Afterwards, you'll be able to take home the treats you've made to share with family and friends. 

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 09:30. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day

All equipment, ingredients including lunch, notebook and an apron will be provided so there is nothing you need to bring.

    Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.

    Can I start the course part way through?
