Course Details

This course will follow on from the Beautiful Breads (1) course.

It will teach you how to prepare, bake and finish a range of danish pastries, fruited soda breads, brioche, and stollen. 

Afterwards, you'll be able to take home what you've made to share with family and friends.

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.
