Course Details

This programme follows on from the Beautiful Breads course and is ideal if you wish to extend your knowledge or just want to make more beautiful breads.

We will teach you how to prepare, bake and finish a range of items, including: Danish pastries, fruited soda breads, French brioche and Austrian stollen. 

Importantly, you will be able to take home what you have made to share with your family and friends.

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 09:30.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day. 

Equipment, ingredients, lunch, plus a notebook and an apron, will be provided, so there is nothing you need to bring. 

We will also supply trays for you to take all your creations home with you.

Course fees & Duration

This course lasts one day and costs £95.

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    What do you define as 'intermediate'?

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

    What do you define as 'advanced'?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.
