Course Details

You can discover how to make beautiful breads by hand with fresh yeast and no additives thanks this course.

You will learn how to make rustic white rolls; Irish soda bread; Chelsea buns; cinnamon buns; wholemeal bread with honey, raisins and walnuts; and Italian focaccia con sale with rosemary and black olives.

Afterwards you will be able to take home the tasty treats you have made to share with family and friends. 

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 09:30. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day.

Equipment, ingredients, lunch, plus a notebook and an apron, will be provided, so there is nothing you need to bring.

We will also supply trays for you to take all your creations home with you.

Course fees & Duration

The whole course costs £95.

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    What do you define as 'intermediate'?

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

    What do you define as 'advanced'?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.
