With floorwork and emphasis on lower body toning and strengthening eg bums, hips, thighs and tummies.

Suitable for all abilities – Beginners/Improvers

Please wear suitable clothing and trainers or shoes suitable for exercise.

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.
