Ever wondered how Chefs make those beautiful bite sized items at parties and receptions? 

During the 2 week course you will learn how to make the likes of smoked haddock and mini roasts with a hollandaise sauce, along with crunchy crostini and aubergine caviar amongst others for you to take home and share with your family and friends.
