Course Details

You can get into the Christmas spirit with this festive treat-making opportunity where we will show you how to make and finish a range of handmade chocolates for the festive season.

Items include the classic chocolate yule log filled with rich Belgian chocolate mousse; spiced rum and dark chocolate truffles; white chocolate and mango soft-cantered chocolates; and gingerbread and white chocolate Christmas trees with marzipan baubles.

After you have finished making your chocolates, you will be able to box and ribbon them to give as gifts or present at the table.

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 09:30.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day. 

Equipment, ingredients, lunch, plus a notebook and an apron, will be provided, so there is nothing you need to bring. 

We will also supply trays for you to take all your creations home with you.

Course fees & Duration

The course costs £95 and lasts one day.
