Course Details

Get into the Christmas spirit with the New Forest Cookery School.

We'll show you how to make and finish a great range of hand made chocolates especially for the festive season.

You'll learn to make Christmas pudding shaped rum and dark chocolate truffles, as well as white chocolate and coconut delights to name just a few.

After you've finished making your chocolates, you'll then be able to box and ribbon them so that they can be used as gifts or presented at the dining table.
