The course will cover bread and yeast products, afternoon tea pastries, cakes, chocolates, petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, sponges, hot and cold desserts.
The course is an accredited City & Guilds Level 3 course and has practical assessments attached to the course. Full chef’s whites are required.
