This is a course to cover all aspects of the Professional Pastry Chefs portfolio of skills and expertise.

The course will cover bread and yeast products, afternoon tea pastries, cakes, chocolates, petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, sponges, hot and cold desserts.

The course is an accredited City & Guilds Level 3 course and has practical assessments attached to the course. Full chef’s whites are required.
