The course is for those who are interested in learning the Graham technique. You will learn the fundamentals of the Graham technique i.e. contraction, release, spiral. Each class will consist of a warm-up floor and standing exercises and travelling across the floor. You will also learn simple dance combinations.
Information & Support
Dancewear – footless tights, leotards or T-shirt, tracksuit. No footwear necessary but thick sports socks can be worn to protect feet during the floor exercises.
