Course Details

The course is for those who are interested in learning the Graham technique.  You will learn the fundamentals of the Graham technique i.e. contraction, release, spiral.

Each class will consist of a warm-up floor and standing exercises and travelling across the floor. You will also learn simple dance combinations.  Some prior dance experience is desirable but not essential.

Information & Support

Dancewear – footless tights, leotards or T-shirt, tracksuit.  No footwear necessary but thick sports socks can be worn to protect feet during the floor exercises.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
