Course Details

Do you want to work with a selection of fish including plaice, whole salmon and mackerel? If the answer is yes, then this is the ideal learning opportunity for you.

You will learn how to fillet and find out what to look for in a piece of fish that is on sale.

You will also prepare a whole plaice, grill fresh mackerel, cook salmon, and gain tips on how to make accompaniments such as pasta, white wine sauce and tangy pickled vegetables.

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 09:30. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day.

All equipment and ingredients, including lunch, a notebook and an apron, will be provided.

Course fees & Duration

This course lasts one day and costs £115.00.

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.
