Working with a selection of fish, Plaice, whole salmon, and mackerel, we will learn how to fillet fish, prepare a variety of cuts of fish such as goujons, deep frying, and pan frying and baking. Making fresh pasta to enhance the dishes and fresh vegetable pickles to serve with the fantastic fish dishes either for you to enjoy in the class room or take home.
