Do you want to work with a selection of fish including plaice, whole salmon and mackerel?
You will learn how to fillet fish, prepare a variety of cuts of fish and also learn skills in deep frying, pan frying and baking.
The course willl also include fresh pasta making and vegetable pickling to go alongside the fish and enhance your dishes.
