Course Details

Fun class based on gentle dance aerobics and yoga-pilates based exercises – all to music.

Starting with dance exercise and fending with stretch and tone exercise.

Teaching by :Demonstration
Guiding through explanation
Participation in a group

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.

Can I start the course part way through?

For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.
