Flower Arranging – Festive Front Facing Floral Arrangement

Course Details

This workshop will aim to teach you how to create and arrange a festive front facing triangle style floral arrangement. This arrangement could be used as part of a festive display, or for a floral gift, or for your own home.

This practical hands on lesson aims to give you creative inspirational ideas together with some floristry know-how in creating your own special festive arrangement.

Information & Support

Please bring along scissors, secateurs and an old towel to work on.

Please bring your choice from the following:

  • Some Mixed evergreen seasonal foliage (from the garden or shop bought) examples, such as Spruce, Pine, Conifer, Variegated Holly, Laurel, Pittosporum ect.
  • Mixed flowers in your own choice of colour scheme.
  • Your own choice of some decorative items (if you wish) such as cinnamon sticks, pine cones, baubles, thin ribbon, ect.
  • A waterproof container of your own choice. However, plastic floral trays will be available to be purchased from the tutor.

Floral foam (oasis) and other floral sundries will also be available to purchase from the tutor.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
