Course Details

The course covers the principles of floral design for those with some prior experience. 

This is a practical course which will build on the themes introduced in the beginners' course and will include learning how to make a basket or flower pot floral arrangement; a floral triangle display; European ‘parallel style’ presentation and an arrangement incorporating fruit, vegetable and herbs.

What do I need to bring to the class?

·         Scissors,secateurs and an old towel (for working on)

·         Mixed evergreen foliage and flowers (garden or shop bought)

·         Some garden twigs, fruit,veg and herbs (to be advised)

·         Floral foam and plastic container and basket (can be purchased from the tutor)

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
