Course Details

This is a practical course for all abilities. It will include learning how to design and make summer floral arrangements. For your first class, please bring seasonal garden or shop bought flowers of your choice and evergreen garden foliage. You will be taught by demonstrations and by undertaking practical tasks.

Information & Support

Scissors or secateurs, a stapler and an old towel to work on.
Small/medium container of student’s own choice e.g. small basket, flower pot (or a container can be purchased from the tutor)
Floral foam (can be purchased from the tutor)
For later classes, you may need to purchase other decorative items as advised by the tutor

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
