Flower Arranging – Simple Wedding Designs Workshop

Flower Arranging – Simple Wedding Designs Workshop

Course Details

Learn how to create three of the key floral components of any wedding day: the bridal posy, a table centrepiece and a buttonhole.

During the day you will look at a variety of techniques and how to use seasonal flowers along with some basic costing exercises to help you with your budgeting.

You will make a hand tied (not shower) bridal/bridesmaids posy with a ribboned handle, a circular table centrepiece with hurricane vase centre and a single flower/foliage buttonhole.  Students will also look at how to care for the flowers in order to promote the longevity of the design.

No previous skills or knowledge required but those with some experience may wish to come along to refresh and update their skills.
