Course Details

Looking at The Glorious 12th and onwards, we will show you how to choose when and why Game is at its best ready for the pot or pan.

You will learn how to cook and prepare meats such as rabbit, pheasant, pigeon, venison and if available, hare too.

There will be a step by step demonstration and then you will create your own restaurant style dishes for you to take home and enjoy with family or friends.
