A gentle yoga class that links breath and movement. All postures can be modified. The class will also explore breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness.
Taught by demonstration, instruction and encouragement

Suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience necessary. If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor. (As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire).
