This course follows on from Developing your Photography and is suitable for students who have already mastered the fundamentals of digital photography and are familiar with Aperture, Shutter priority and full Manual shooting etc. If unsure please contact the Centre who will arrange for the Tutor to contact you to discuss your skills. The course will further develop your photographic skills and techniques and will be based around shooting on location most weeks. You will also look at image editing and preparing images for display in print and when using on-line services such as Flickr or personal websites.
Course hand-outs will be available to assist you to practice the tools and techniques learnt at home.
Information & Support
Please bring your digital camera with charged batteries, memory card and instruction manual, along with any other photographic equipment you may have that could be useful such as a tripod, reflectors etc. A charger and/or USB cables will also be useful if you have them, as will a USB memory stick if you wish to save your edited images.
You will also need a note book and pen, additionally please bring something to keep assignments/hand-outs and photographs in.
Courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year giving learners the opportunity to further develop their skills.
