A huge growth in the demand for Gluten free cakes, cookies and breads has brought us to a very popular course at Brockenhurst College. We will look briefly at “Why Gluten Free? Then on to a selection of Buckwheat Chocolate cookies, biscuits, cakes and breads all being great for the home cook to prepare and keep for a tasty alternative to goods made from gluten based flours.
