How to make beautiful handmade chocolates. Let’s start with had moulded dark chocolate truffles covered in yet more dark chocolate and then after a light lunch. Back to make individual mango and white chocolate filled centres using professional polycarbonate moulds. Then we will pack and ribbon and bow all these chocolates ready for taking home to enjoy.
