Course Details

This course is to enjoy how to make a selection of the following centres and then hand dip them ready for packaging, such as White chocolate Caramel with pistachios, Salted Chocolate caramel cups, and how to make pectin set fruit jellies and then package and ribbon and bow them ready to take home.
