Course Details

This course will enable you to apply for your short range radio licence. Teaching all of the terminology, rules and etiquette involved with using a radio. This course is ideal for small boat users who may need to use a short range radio for communication whilst on the water, including Maydays and rescue situations.

Christchurch Harbour is the ideal place to learn these practices and is easy to locate being within a short distance of Bournemouth and Poole.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
