Course Details

This session will enable you to develop your confidence and master the next stages of flat water stand up paddleboarding. This great day out is perfect for friends or individuals and you need no previous experience.

This trip will start on the river Stour with a thorough introduction of the basic skills.

You will then progress down the river learning to control the board as you follow the bends of the river, taking in the fantastic scenery and wildlife.

Experience required: None

This course is suitable for those aged 16+. 

The Centre has a team of experienced staff, who will guide you through these early stages of paddleboarding. The shallow waters of Christchurch Harbour make it an ideal place to learn.

Cost & Duration

There is a cost of £50 for this 5 hour session.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.

Can I start the course part way through?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.
