Course Details

Wanting to wake up in the morning and having breakfast with your own hand made Jams and Lemon Curd to enjoy, then this is the course for you. We will take you through how to choose the ripest and best fruits and even a savoury tomato jam with vodka and vanilla, alongside chutneys of vegetables and fruits to add flavour and bite to cold meats, salads and poultry dishes that you will want to enjoy again and again.
