Course Details

Wake up in the morning and enjoy breakfast with your own hand-made jams and lemon curd.

Learn how to select the ripest and most suitable fruits for your jam – whether that be a savoury tomato jam or vodka and vanilla jam.

You will also learn how to make vegetable and fruit chutneys that are a perfect accompaniment for may meals and can be enjoyed again and again.
