Course Details

Emphasis on mobility, posture, co-ordination and general fitness – involving standing and chair based work.

A gentle workout to music suitable for all levels of fitness.

Suitable for seniors - all abilities - men and women.

What do I need to bring to the course?
Please wear suitable loose fitting clothes and non-slip laced shoes suitable for exercise

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.

Students may enrol anytime during the term.

Autumn Term 13 weeks: £62

Can I start the course part way through?

For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

What do you define as 'advanced'?

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
