Course Details

Emphasis on mobility, posture, co-ordination and general fitness – involving standing and chair based work.

A gentle workout to music suitable for all levels of fitness.

Suitable for Seniors - all abilities - Men and women.

What do I need to bring to the course?
Please wear suitable loose fitting clothes and non-slip laced shoes suitable for exercise

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.

Autumn Term starts week beginning 8th Sep 2014 - 13 weeks
Spring Term starts week beginning 5th January 2015 - 11 weeks
Summer Term starts week beginning 20th Apr 2015 - 12 weeks

Students may enrol anytime during the term.
