Course Details

Let us show you how to cut out the fat and carbohydrates out of your lunch and dinner dishes and how to boost your protein and energy from healthy nutritious dishes that are not full of leaves and veg!

Dishes we cover often include grilled salmon with pea and roast pumpkin risotto, roast chicken Caeser salad with poached eggs and fresh anchovies to name just a few.
