Course Details

Let’s look at how restaurants make those dishes so tasty and presented well.

We will work on dishes such as chicken breast stuffed with Mozzarella cheese and wrapped in Parma Ham and puff pastry and baked off to perfection.

Ratatouille, Baked cheesecake, Belgian Chocolate mousse.

Information & Support

The course will start promptly at 18:30.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day.

Equipment, ingredients, plus a notebook and an apron, will be provided, so there is nothing you need to bring. 

We will also supply trays for you to take all your creations home with you.

Course fees & Duration

This course runs for 6 weeks  and costs £210.

    Can I start the course part way through?

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk for further clarification or to take a quick assessment to find out the most suitable level for you.

    What do you define as 'intermediate'?

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

    What do you define as 'advanced'?

    Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

    Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.
