Mindfulness to Refresh During the Working Day

Mindfulness to Refresh During the Working Day

Course Details

A lunchbreak to clear your mind, cleanse and refresh your energy to see you through the remainder of your day.

Perhaps your morning has been busy and stressful leaving you feeling unmotivated, frazzled and lacking focus – an hour of practising mindfulness will promote clarity, give space for considered responses and reduce stress hormones.

During these online sessions we will practice some mindfulness meditation, stretching and breathing exercises all designed to develop your awareness and strengthen the mind-body-heart connection.

We will explore ways to simplify your life to encourage less busyness, more peace and nurturing so you feel good and are better placed to work from home.
